The product/the products must be included in return for a full refund.

Please include the following information in your return:

• Order ID
• Full customer name
• Full customer address where the order was received
• Customer email address (same email address used when ordering the product).

As soon as we receive the return confirmation from our fulfillment company, we'll issue the full refund.
